Unseen Photo Fair / 26 – 29 September 2013

Make sure you book your travel and tickets to Unseen Photo Fair now – an international photography extravaganza which includes an emphasis on work by emerging talents and otherwise unseen work.

Following a spectacularly successful first edition, the second unique photo festival set in Amsterdam's Westergasfabriek terrain is not to be missed.

Everyone can buy photography

Unseen is not only a fair for experienced collectors but also for those for whom collecting is a new experience. To this end, Unseen has created a special collection of work available to buy for less than 1000 euros. The Unseen Collection offers the photography enthusiast a unique overview of contemporary photography for attractive prices.

Unseen is more than a fair: captivating films, engaging debates and special guests

A dynamic support programme will run alongside the central photography fair. Unseen presents Unseen Cinema films and special exhibitions such as the Unseen Collection and the Foam Magazine Talent Exhibition.

For the Unseen Speakers’ Corner, Unseen has invited a diverse range of speakers to share their views on some of the current issues in photography.

Themes include Editing the World (a series about the usefulness and necessity of filtering the abundance of material available to us in the modern world), How to Survive in a Globalising World (a theme based around learning about new cultures and traditions) and Film and Photography (a series on the relationship between the still and moving image. In addition to these, Nalden, founder of WeTransfer, will give a talk in collaboration with three renowned experts on changing technology and online developments.
