Secret Postcard Auction
Ticket price includes a welcome drink and nibbles.
The ever-popular Secret Postcard Auction is back for another year. This hotly anticipated event offers the chance to purchase unique works of art by leading figures from the art and cultural world from just £40.
Last year we received contributions from many internationally acclaimed artists including Basil Beattie, Dame Joan Collins, Eileen Cooper, Susan Derges, Tracey Emin, Gilbert & George, Antony Gormley, Bill Jacklin, Allen Jones, Anish Kapoor, Christopher LeBrun, David Nash, Ana Maria Pacheco and Nick Park, among many others
All artworks measure c.7″ x 5″ (19 x 14 cm) and are signed on the back, so buyers either have to guess who the big name artists are or just buy what they like. Bidding on each work starts at just £40, which is a very reasonable price for a unique piece of art, and if it turns out to be by a Turner Prize winner or other leading artist, it might just be the bargain of the century!

Bidding on the postcards will commence two weeks before the Secret Postcard Auction via our online auction website. The online auction will close at around 2pm on the day of the Secret Postcard Auction and final bids will be taken at the event. To improve your chances of securing your favourite artwork, we recommend purchasing tickets to the live auction.
