Bluestone Gallery

Bluestone Gallery first came into being in Devizes Wiltshire in the year 2000. My background as a potter meant I had visited dozens of galleries, some warm and welcoming, some a little more intimidating. I wanted a friendly environment which focused on supporting British makers and artists, and that is what we created.

After twenty years we felt the need for a new adventure and moved to the Book Town of Hay on Wye. Hay is a town buzzing with energy and ideas, nestling in the most glorious countryside. Bluestone is in Castle street a few yards from Hay Castle.  With two floors of the finest art and craft by dozens of different makers on display for you to browse, you will be guaranteed a friendly greeting,
