The Courtney Gallery is situated in the historic Georgian Market Town of Ashbourne in Derbyshire, the ideal place to soak up the historical atmosphere and present-day culture of the area. One of the largest art galleries in the region, we exhibit a variety of contemporary art, including original paintings, prints, sculpture and ceramics over four floors of gallery space.
Once Ashbourne’s Magistrate’s Court, this spacious grade 2 listed building now showcases more than forty of the area’s most talented artists in relaxed and informal surroundings.
