The Pineapple Gallery is situated opposite the main North Bondgate accessible carpark in the town centre approx 500 yards from the Market Square, Auckland Castle, the Mining Art Gallery and the Spanish Art Museum and close to local amenities.

Work exhibited consists of original pieces of fine art by contemporary artists in many media, principally paintings, charcoals, ceramics, glass art, textiles, prints in  wood cut, lino cut media.

The gallery has two floors with step free disabled access to the ground floor but not to the upper floor. There are no other facilities (ie toilets, animal access), though amenities can be found in the immediate locality.
