Sutcliffe Galleries

Located in the heart of Harrogate’s exclusive Montpellier Quarter, the Sutcliffe Contemporary Gallery was launched in 2005 to compliment the long-established family art gallery in the town.

Run by the founder’s grand-daughter, Antonia Sutcliffe and managed by Lizzy Wood, an accomplished ceramic artist, the gallery prides itself on exhibiting an eclectic mix of Original Contemporary Art from a selection of outstanding British and European artists, but with an emphasis on northern works.

Displaying in  a light and airy showroom, our paintings are accompanied with a beautiful collection of hand-made jewellery, stunning ceramics, bronzes and signed limited edition prints.  The wide range of pieces on show, offer a unique opportunity to satisfy all tastes.

Throughout the year we hold regular solo and group exhibitions, giving our clients a unique opportunity to meet our artists and enjoy a pleasant evening in our relaxed and informal gallery.

Our new on-line gallery offers our clients the ability to view recent acquisitions in the comfort of their own home, and can select artwork for delivery, assured of the quality of their individual piece.
