The Byre Gallery on the Rame peninsula in south-east Cornwall exhibits stunning works of design-led craft and contemporary fine art by leading and emerging makers and artists from throughout the UK.
The Byre is open three times a year with exhibitions held in spring, summer and at Christmas, and is a must-visit destination for all lovers of fine art as well as contemporary craft in ceramics, glass, jewellery, metals and textiles.
An exhibition at the Byre gallery shows art and craft in the suggestion of a domestic context: each exhibition is specially curated to show how art and craft can look in the home rather than shown in a more traditional gallery setting.
